Donald Trump, Angel or demon?

“I mean, part of the beauty of me is that I’m very rich.”

Donald Trump has been in media long before president elections in USA. Now when Hilary Clinton and Donald trump debate and collect their final votes, is time to look a bit deeper Trumps life.

According to Forbes, the net worth of Trump wealth at the moment is estimated 3,7 billion dollars. It’s still 800 million less than in a year 2015, as a result of decline in the value of properties in New York.  In New York Trump owns 11 remarkable property’s like Niketown and Trump Tower. Top top of that he owns tons of other real estates around USA and Europe as well as golf courses, privet jet, cars and helicopters.

But where did he begin?

Most significant actor of course was his father, Fred Trump. Fred was a real estate ace who constructed apartments to American soldiers and to their families at the second world war. Fred allowed Donald to go to private school and in 1971 Donald became his father’s company’s CEO. 15 years he expanded and improved that business.donald-trump-1541036_960_720

1987 Trump wrote a book “ The Art of the Deal”, which stayed the bestseller 51 weeks in a row and sold over a million copies. This accelerated his recognizability and as a result he participated in many glaring tv -interviews.

Overcoming the Odds

In 1990 he ended up in the financial crisis because of a huge leverage, when property prices started to decline. in that time he was approximately 5-9 billion dollar in debt.

At that point most of the people would have been horrified when banks pushed and threated him to pay his depts. The story has that banks would have said to Trump “You have a problem, you owe us a lot of money and you should pay now.” According to legend Trump has replied that, “ No. Sounds more that you have a problem. I can help with that.”

Trump singed new terms of loan. He took even more loan from the banks to make through this ongoing crisis. But he made it. From -95 business started to roll again and he found good deals again. He started famous Tv show The apprentice in 2004 which gave him a lot of publicity. Tv show generated 214 million dollars to him.dementia-1750965_960_720

Yet e had done good job making himself rich. The question is can he the make rest of USA rich, too? My concern is that even if he’s billionaire now, he has also experienced a few bankruptcy’s in his life. Which means his investments are not accurate all the time. And when he plays, he plays big. When he wins, its good for America. But if he loses, it’s a different story. So being a successful business man doesn’t mean he would be a good president. But I will leave this decision to the people of America.

What can we learn from him?

Even many of us despites him and gets annoyed by him (especially if you have followed USA elections), we should pay attention what he does and has done.

I’ve gathered here few wisdoms we can learn from him. Maybe this helps you to benefit from this orange creature.

1.”If you are thinking already, you might as well think big.”

It’s fine to be ambitious. Set your goal high and you’ll be amazed what you be able to accomplish.

2. “To succeed in business, you must take risks. Even if you fail, that’s how you learn. There has never been, and will never be, an Olympic skater who didn’t fall on the ice.”

You shouldn’t be scared to put yourself out there. Take an opportunity and get back up if things don’t go your way.

3. “What separates the winners from the losers is how a person reacts to each new twist of fate.”

Do not let the bad things get you down, and look at every change in your life as a opportunity.

You can see that Donald Trump has followed these wisdoms very well in his life. And now see how far he has become.
